About us

Visual Arena is an open, neutral collaborative platform for the development and use of visualization. Our mission is to gather, disseminate and facilitate work on visualization in order to lay the groundwork for growth, innovation and professional development. Visual Arena is intended for everyone who uses visualization or develops in this field, as well as those of you who are interested in finding inspiration in learning more about how you can use visualization in your business or operation

Visual Arena is run as a program within Lindholmen Science Park. It is a part of a visualization initiativein close cooperation between the business community, academia and government authorities. Its founding partners are the City of Gothenburg, Chalmers, the University of Gothenburg, Region Västra Götaland, Business Region Göteborg and Lindholmen Science Park. Its operations are based on needs and wishes from our target group that we gather in our network and our membership. We work actively to expand our membership with players from across the country so that we can address current needs and trends and create activities and projects.
