Do you want to inspire others and share visualization knowledge? Do you have ideas for seminars, workshops or new ways to gather and strengthen the industry?

At Visual Arena, seminars, workshops, conferences and other activities are arranged in order to develop skills, inspire and bring together the industry, partly in-house and partly in collaboration with others. We have good conditions for creating events together with you. We have premises, technicians, equipment, project support, networks and expertise.

Prerequisites for holding events:

The event must be an open event or that certain target groups are invited, who are motivated based on Visual Arena's activities.
Visual Arena assesses that the event is relevant from a visualization perspective.
The offer is valid during our opening hours 9-17.
Free events only.
Partnership in Visual arena is required.

When you arrange the event, your responsibility is below:

Arrangement before and after the event. (within regular opening hours)
Reception and registration.
Bring your own conference material, such as pens and paper.
Ordering any coffee and / or food. Visual Arena's coffee machine is not included in the booking.
When catering, the person who books is responsible for removing rubbish and leftovers, as well as wiping surfaces.
To have a person who keeps an eye on the front door in the lobby if it is open, and opens if it is closed. In the lobby you do not hear when it rings.

Do you want to hold events with us that concern visualization? Then you can apply to use our premises free of charge! Visual Arena wants to enable more people to gain knowledge about visualization and the breadth of the area. Therefore, we now offer you who are to arrange an external event in visualization to keep this in our premises free of charge.
