The project developed concepts in the borderland between the digital and analogue in collaboration with the clothing chain Monki and their customers. The research collaboration aimed to strengthen Monki's customer relationships and to meet individualized customer needs. By contributing to learning about how to concretely work with open innovation and top users, the project was also beneficial to other actors.

Visual Arena in a project together with Interactive Institute and Monki with approved funding of SEK 1,275,000 from VINNOVA within the call Open innovation and top users.
