Max Liljefors is a professor of art history and visual studies at Lund University. The topic of his talk will be Anatomy in the expanded field - how biomedical images have changed our understanding of the human body. The second speaker is Jonathan Westin, a researcher in conservation and an illustrator, who will talk about how images of the antiquity take part in constructing our view of history and cultural heritage. The seminar will be held in English.
