Bombina Bombast is an award-winning performing arts company that has created a unique profile and its own universe where performance, art and technology are deeply intertwined. Under the artistic direction of Emma Bexell Stanisic & Stefan Bexell Stanisic and based in Malmö, their storytelling art is characterized by a feeling that nothing is impossible - neither artistically nor technologically.

Over a decade, Bombina Bombast has created over 60 original works for stage and film, presented her work at festivals and stages worldwide and built her own company and studio with an accompanying black box. In 2019, they received the prestigious Thalia prize for the performance "Eyewitnesses" at Unga Malmö Stadsteater and in 2021 they were awarded operating support. Bombina Bombast are now considered pioneers in all their areas of activity; performing arts, VR and video design. By operating in multiple disciplines and collaborating with local and international practitioners and experts, Bombina Bombast shows time and time again how a performing arts company can make a mark in the contemporary world.

Narrative XR Lab is a creative lab at Visual Arena, where artistic storytelling in Extended Reality (XR) is developed and explored.
