Here you will find prices for booking Visual Arena's studio and lobby. Everyone can book premises and technology, the booking must have a connection to visualization in some way, such as development of, work with or learn more about visualization.
Full rates (excluding VAT)
Visual Arena Studio
- Full day: 16 000 kr
- Half day: 9 600 kr
Visual Arena Lobby
- Full day: 8 000 kr
- Half day: 4 800 kr
Visual Arena Studio + Lobby
- Full day: 20 000 kr
- Half day: 12 000 kr
Visual Arena Studio + Motion Capture system

Partner rates
Our partners get 25% discount off regular price. Reservations must apply to visualization.
Prices are for regular office hours (weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). An additional charge of SEK 1,000 per hour will be charged for reservations at other times. Technicians are always available on-site at the arena, but there may be additional charges if extra support is required.
