Book premises

Workshop on the premises

Bookings must have a connection to visualization in some way, such as developing, working with or learning more about visualization.

To think of:

  • Take space at least half an hour before and after the meeting time to put things in order/clean up
  • We are happy to see that you have your own computer.
  • If there are several speakers - feel free to collect presentations on the same computer

When you send your booking request, we would like answers to the following questions:

Practically

  • Date and time
  • Responsible person on site
  • Sate if you want to book either the Studio, the Lobby or both.
  • If you haven't been to us at Visual Arena before, let us know. We are happy to receive and show you around so that you can get answers on how you can best use our premises for your meeting.

Technique

  • What format of the meeting are you going to have? Hybrid/physical/digital etc?
  • Will it be connected digitally (audience, speakers, both?)
  • Do you have moving material in your presentations - is there sound in these?
  • Will you need mics?

Send your booking request with the above info to booking.visualarena@lindholmen.se.
